Spice Of India in Hattersheim

Very, very tasty Indian food.

So far I've only ordered and always got delicious and warm food. As soon as Corona is over, we will come by personally. It tasted very good and we paid attention to an extra request from Lieferando. The delivery took place within half an hour and the driver was very friendly and of course wore a mask.

We ordered 2 different dishes with chicken. Both dishes were lukewarm. On the first dish the sauce was like baby food and the few vegetables were still raw, unfortunately the chicken was partly burnt. In the second dish the chicken was not much better, there was a lot of rice and very little sauce in a mini plastic cup, in the bowl where the chicken and rice was in there was lukewarm salad on the edge. Unfortunately not good on both dishes and had next to nothing to do with real Indian food.

We have wanted to go to Spice of India several times but never made it, for whatever reason. So in November, since only delivery was possible due to Corona, we finally tried the quality of the deliveries. And we were very impressed! The quality and the taste of the food was very, very good. The delivery driver was exceptionally friendly and very punctual. Now we look forward to an appointment when the restaurant itself can open again.

We order here often. The food is very good and the announced delivery time is always met. The portions are generous.

The food is also great when delivered, there is nothing more to say! As soon as possible we will come back to the restaurant to eat. Until then, stay healthy!

Today finally managed to go there. Although we decided to go there without a reservation, we were lucky enough to get a table, which is said to have been a stroke of luck on a Saturday evening despite Corona (after dinner I even believed it). In the first moment when I held the menu in my hand, I thought: uff .... not exactly cheap. Food and drink ordered and serviced (very friendly service staff!). When it came after a reasonable time, I was thrilled. The food was just perfect, the quantity was more than sufficient and the price that I previously criticized was absolutely justified. Price performance ratio fits. I won't have been there for the last time. From me, an unreserved recommendation !!!! Unfortunately only empty plates ..... was too tasty ..... ?

The food is delicious, the service polite and the atmosphere pleasant. You are currently given hand disinfectant before you receive the menu. Great restaurant!

Sooo lecker! Paneer dishes are particularly awesome ? And the mango "schnapps" at the end is a perfect finishing touch! Shukria! ?

I was travelling back to my home and this restaurant was very near to the motorway. I found excellent hospitality. Very friendly staff. The food tastes very good. The restaurant seems very fancy and has a very good ambience.  Reasonable process and the quantity of the food was also fulfilling. If you are ever in this area its a must-try.

I went there to eat with my husband and it was wonderful. The staff is very friendly, everything is super clean and the food is incredibly delicious. We enjoyed the evening very much and will definitely go again.
